Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Bolqan. By using the service you agree to them.

1. The service

Bolqan provides software that analyzes videos you submit and produces short edited clips. Features may change as the product improves.

2. Your account

You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your login details safe. You must be old enough to form a binding contract where you live.

3. Your content

You keep all rights to the videos you submit and the clips we produce for you.

You give Bolqan a limited permission to store and process your content only to provide the service to you.

You confirm that you own the content you submit or have the rights and permissions needed to use it, including for any third-party material, music or people that appear in it.

4. Acceptable use

Do not use Bolqan to infringe anyone’s rights, to create unlawful, harmful or deceptive content, or to try to break, overload or reverse-engineer the service.

5. Plans and billing

Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period. Prices and limits are shown on the pricing page and may change with notice.

6. AI output

Clips, captions and scores are generated automatically and may contain mistakes. Review your clips before publishing them.

Connected accounts

When you connect a social account for auto posting, you let Bolqan post the clips you choose on that account, following the rules of that platform. For YouTube, you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service www.youtube.com/t/terms. You can disconnect at any time from your dashboard.

7. Termination

You can stop using Bolqan at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

8. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the extent allowed by law, Bolqan is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
