Remove a connected account

1. Open Auto post
   In your Bolqan dashboard, open Auto post. You see every YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and X account you connected.
2. Remove the account
   Press the X next to the account. We delete its access at once, and Bolqan can no longer post there or read its name and picture.
3. Remove Bolqan on the platform too (optional)
   On each platform, open its settings and remove Bolqan:
   • Facebook: Settings & privacy › Settings › Apps and websites › Bolqan › Remove
   • Instagram: Settings › Website permissions › Apps and websites › Remove
   • TikTok: Settings and privacy › Security › Apps and services
   • X: Settings › Security and account access › Apps and sessions
   • YouTube: myaccount.google.com/permissions

Delete your clips and videos

Email support@bolqan.com from the email address of your Bolqan account and tell us which videos to delete. We delete those videos and their clips from our servers within 30 days. Clips you already posted stay on the platforms where you posted them: delete them there.

Delete your whole account

Email support@bolqan.com from the email address of your Bolqan account, with the subject "Delete my account". We confirm by email and delete your account, your videos, your clips, your connected accounts and their access within 30 days.

We keep only what the law asks us to keep, such as invoices, and nothing else.

If you removed Bolqan from Facebook or Instagram

When you remove Bolqan in your Facebook or Instagram settings, Bolqan can no longer post there. To also delete the data we kept for that account (its name, picture and access), remove it in Auto post or email support@bolqan.com, and we delete it within 30 days.
